Hello my fellow bloggers and readers. How are you?
I thought I wanted to share a very simple Chia Seed Pudding Recipe today.
So here it goes ~
Ingredient:
A cup of Mango Juice
4 tbsp of Chia Seeds
Fruit for topping (Mango slices) | optional
How:
Prepare a cup of mango juice, almost full cup. Add chia seeds and stir.
Let it rest for 15 minutes and stir again, do this twice. Then cover
and put in fridge and leave for an hour or so, or better over night.
Then next day, just top with mango slices and eat!
It is very simple and easy to make, yummy and delicious.
The crunchiness of chia seeds make it more exciting or interesting _
I don't know how to express those feeling. . .
So, try it for sometimes, it is very good and healthy.
You can eat it for breakfast, snacks, or eat it anytime you want.
