Banana Pie ~
Sunday Breakfast

~ Another Sunday!
I Woke up a bit late today.
I am so hungry, it's not lunch time yet,
so I make a super duper delicious &
easy to prepare Banana Pie for breakfast.
You know the phrase "As easy as Pie". . .

Why easy? Because no complex preparation,
cooking method and all that, & you just need 3 ingredient:

Few slice of Bread
Banana (Cut into slices)
Butter (For greasing)
Chocolate Syrup (Optional)

Bread?? "Are you kidding me?"
Yes, bread, just stay with me till the end,
I promise this will be a yummy banana pie
you would be craving at & fun to make too.

At this time, you can pre-heat your frying pan
over medium, and brush or grease with butter.
**If you prefer to bake the pie, then prepare your oven.

Place just enough banana slices on top of bread,
and cover with another bread.

*Now you can just secure/ close by pressing down the edge of bread. **You can remove the brown part of the bread, or just leave it.

For a circular shape, use a glass to shape it.

Place pie on a pre-heat pan for few minutes until golden brown.
Flip, and wait till golden brown.

DONE!
Repeat process if you want more.

And finally, as mentioned before this is totally optional,
serve with chocolate syrup on top. You can also use any syrup/
jam of your choice, but Chocolate syrup is highly recommended.

Eat the pie while it's still hot. Because you can feel the crispiness
of the bread, and melting sweet banana on your mouth.

Om nom nom ~ Oishi!

So I hope you give this a try,
if you do_ please let me know in the comment.
And thank you for stopping by, have a lovely weekend!

Smoothies Sunday

Hello everyone ~ How's your weekend?

Today I just want to share my very own Smoothie Recipe.
I don't have the cool name for this smoothie yet,
but I'm just going to name it
"Banana Apple with Oreo Cookies and Yam Ice Cream Smoothie"!
Such a long name, need to find a name _ any suggestion?
Or I should just name it "Purpapplicious Oreo Smoothie",
well purp is purple for yam color, and apple and delicious...

Okay, focus with the recipe _
this recipe is for 2 and only required 5 ingredients:

3 Bananas
1 Apple
Yam Ice Cream
Oreo Cookies
Water [Cold] / Ice cubes

*And you gonna need a blender of course.
*Use Water if your fruits are frozen otherwise go with Ice cubes.

Slice the bananas and apple, so that they are easy to blend. Also, leave some banana slices to be use for topping. And crush some Oreo cookies,
I use 3 cookies where 1 is for topping purpose.

In a blender, add the fruits, put 4 to 6 table spoon of Yam ice cream, but you can put into how many you like, and add the Oreo crushes. If you want you can add some sugar or sweetener, but for me the bananas are sweet enough for the smoothie. Lastly, don't forget to put some water.
*If you are using Ice, then put the Ice before all the ingredients.

BLEND!

*Pour smoothie into your favorite glass, mine is CocaCola glass.

Topping _ 2 scoops Yam Ice cream,
5/ 6 Banana slices, spread Oreo cookies crush!

And it's DONE!

Purpapplicious Oreo Smoothie!
*I think this will be the official name for this smoothie*

Oishi ~ I hope you give it a try!
Sorry for bad quality picture.

Thank you for reading,
your comment is much appreciated.
Have a smooth weekend!

Shopping

Hello Sunday!

Today I went to MPH bookstore to buy some books.
Now I have more books about HTML, oh well...
so the other book is about a management something.

I've got book vouchers worth 50RM, and a tumbler.

Here's what it says:
"Happiness is a tumbler of coffee and a load of books."

I even got a FREE membership card, lasted for 2 years.
Lucky me! I never wanted to apply for membership card though.

After that went to TCRS (The Chicken Rice Shop) for lunch.

頂きます ~

*Curry Mee

*Wonton Noodle Soup

And stopped by at the supermarket for a while.
I bought Durian (fruit) and some groceries.

Durian is a "king of fruits" well at least in southeast Asia.

Jaaa... that's all about my "journey" this Sunday.

Thank you for stopping by and reading ~
Do comment, I don't bite ~

Not so much for weekend ~

~ It's been a week or two I haven't post new entry for Fashion Friday & also Sharing Saturday. And this week, there's not much going on except me busy finishing some college work, and studying for my coming exam which is on 5th & 6th May. Apart from that I've been busy with my drawing/ Bunny Project and more.. (no, nothing special, I just loves to draw) huh I need to improve myself..

Anyway, here is a sneak of my drawing that I will scan later
and make a digital drawing out of it.

And today I made Tang Yuen.
Nothing special happening, I just want to eat.

So yeah, perhaps I will share the recipe next time.

And that's it for today, hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Rainbow Crepes

Hello everyone!

What do you have for breakfast on this wonderful Sunday?
I made Rainbow Crepes or should I say multi-color,
since there are only 4 colors variation that I have.
My crepe recipe version is simple using just two (2)
ingredients, well three (3) to be exact including water.

*Slightly thicker than usual crepes
The ingredients: All Purpose Flour, 3 Cups|
Sugar, 3 - 4 Tbsp | Water, until just enough.
How to: Put AP Flour, sugar and water in a mixing bowl.
Whisk & mix everything until you get the right consistency.
Pour the batter into small bowl, just as how many colors you want.

To cook, use any non-stick frying pan you have, pre-heat
over medium and brush pan with oil using a paper towel.
Cook crepe for about 1 minute or so until golden,
flip over and cook for a minute until golden.
That's it! Serve into a plate with a whipped cream on top, or any topping you prefer. Add on fruit such as strawberry, banana and you are done! How easy is that? Quick breakfast for Sunday!

Om nom nom ~ Yummy!

Jaa.. that's all for today, hope you have a lovey dovey Sunday!
And show me some love will you ~

I've made Fried Coconut Flakes - Rice Ball.

This is a sweet dumpling of sticky rice flour,
