Hello? It is Sunday again, and we are close to the end of August ~
I would like to take this chance to thank all of you, for visiting and leaving your lovely comment on my blog.
Today I would like to share delicious snacks recipe - easy & simple. It's Fried Banana Balls, one of the Malaysian traditional fritter snacks, in Malay called Jemput-jemput Pisang or Cekodok. You can eat for breakfast, tea time or just snack it anytime.
Ingredient:
1 ½ cups of All-Purpose Flour
6 almost overripe Bananas [med size banana, about 6 inches]
Steps:
Mash bananas, add flour and mix well.
*Make sure batter consistency is not too liquid.
Time to fry! Scoop a spoon(tbsp) of batter into heated oil. Deep-fry until golden brown. Repeat until batter is finished.
Snack it!
